Biography:
Jeff Beckwith was thrown in to the wild life of Las Ventura's gambling and wealth. He tossed his money around like it was oxygen, he had no worries but little did he know that his rich life style was about to come to an end. Jeff scavenged for money, borrowing thousands off his close ones and mafias to provide his narcotic addiction its wants, certainly not needs.
Mafias wanted him... DEAD in fact. The only solution Jeff had was to take the nearest car and keep on driving, until he realised he could drive EXTREMELY well and maybe, just maybe, he could succeed with this car and get somewhere in the world.
